What is Transactional SMS ?

According to TRAI rules, SMSes sent by business entities are classified into Promotional and Transactional SMS (official notification by TRAI)

SMSes sent through Excel API are transactional if there exists a transactional templet that it matches with. All SMSs that do not match with a transactional template are sent as promotional SMS.

There ar 3 steps to causing out transactional SMSs:
